Forty seasons and counting: W-FIVE continues to be Canada's most-watched investigative reporting program. With an ongoing commitment to covering tough, relevant stories in all their shades of gray, W-FIVE launches its 40th season of investigative journalism.

Once again hosted by CTV News' Lloyd Robertson and Sandie Rinaldo, season 40 follows on the heels of one of the program's most-watched seasons to date, garnering a final average of more than 1 million viewers.

W-FIVE is not only the most-watched current affairs program in Canada, but is also the longest-running Canadian television program.

This year W-FIVE kicks off its 40th season with Risky Move: a documentary on the condition of those trucks and vans available for rent.

Reporter Victor Malarek and the W-FIVE team expose a questionable safety record of the Arizona based company, finding it is putting renters, their belongings and other motorists at serious risk.

Highlights from last season include:

Wrong move: W-FIVE's Victor Malarek investigated the moving industry in Canada which is rife with rogue business men who often don't deliver your goods.

Heart of Darkness: A handful of retired Canadian peacekeepers are doing something extraordinary - bringing hope to the most vulnerable and tragic cases in the Eastern African nation of Kenya, one crutch and one wheelchair at a time.

Deadly Comfort: Lurking in the attics and walls of hundreds of thousands of Canadian homes there is a potentially deadly substance-an insulation product with the brand name Zonolite. And it can be a silent killer.
