Is Global Warming an Intentional "De-population" strategy?

Harper Government's policies consistent with U.S. right wing "Brave New World" perspectives

	Garth Turner, who is a Member of Parliament, rebelled against the Stephen Harper minority government policies on Global Warming.

It is apparent that the Stephen Harper minority government is well aware of the Global Warming phenomenon; but has refused to substantively redress this vital human survival issue.

Garth Turner is a Member of Parliament who was recently kicked-out of the Conservative Party caucus for challenging Mr. Harper's government on its on-going dysfunctional and destructive Global Warming policies. Mr. Turner remarked that "Climate change is the greatest all-round threat this country faces, and... my nation's government should not let us down... with a sell-out to the tar sands."

Mr. Harper is well aware of scientific effects of the worsening catastrophic effects that Global Warming will have on human populations, as well as on vital ecosystems in Canada, and on planet Earth in general. Mr. Harper, Mr. Bush, and other such political leaders, are therefore not ignorant regarding the apparent self-destructive course which they are taking the planet. Indeed, if Mr. Harper and Mr. Bush in particular were idiots, as many suggest, they would have not risen to such High Offices. Money alone, cannot guarantee such success.

Canada's current path of continual dysfunctional increases in Greenhouse emissions in spite of the Kyoto Protocol, cannot therefore be occurring under the alleged stupidity of our political leaders. If this is the case, then the only other possibility is that Global Warming is in fact, part of some kind of intentional policy.

You might ask, what mentality would champion such a policy?

Henry Kissinger who is a veteran U.S. "neo-con" co-authored the depopulation-focused Globe 2000 report. Direct political disciples of Mr. Kissinger in the U.S. Bush administration include Condoleezza Rice.

The Executive Intelligence Review (EIR) Magazine, reports in its April 8, 2005 issue, that the mix of Global Warming-related policies was inspired by elite concerns over "world population". Accordingly, from EIR well-documented reports, it is apparent that Global Warming is part of a system of neo-conservative policies which include, "let the Africans and other peoples perish from AIDS", while denying hundreds of thousands of particularly aboriginal, and other peoples in Canada; as well as millions of Americans under the Bush regime, access to life-saving healthcare.

One representative of this elite group who presides over Global Warming, gleefully remarked that "If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels" as quoted in "Are You Ready for Our New Age Future?" Insiders Report, American Policy Center, December 1995.

EIR reported in its March 10, 1981 issue, on an alleged Haig-Kissinger "Global 2000" "de-population" plan. This alleged "Global 2000" report sought to reduce the world's population by 2 billion people "through war, famine, disease and any other means necessary...", including Global Warming. EIR also further reported in their submission that "There is a single theme behind all our work -- we must reduce population levels," as stated by Thomas Ferguson, the Latin American case officer for the State Department's Office of Population Affairs (OPA).

EIR further cites "Civil wars are somewhat drawn-out ways to reduce population," the same OPA official added. "The quickest way to reduce population is through famine, like in Africa [that would also be caused by on-going Global Warming related catastrophic climate change] or through disease."

	Our planet Earth is in danger from Executive Intelligence Review (EIR) Magazine, reported U.S.-led neo-conservative depopulation policies, which apparently include intentional Global Warming. Mr. Harper in Canada, appears to be copying these policies.

Apparent intentional Global Warming is also consistent with such alleged active "depopulation" policies cited by EIR, which are designed to pit group against group, in areas like the Middle East, and other parts of the World, where there are often precious natural resources.

Global Warming will cause our planet to become far less hospitable for billions of people, who will perish from such famine and related disease, and resulting "Wars for resources", which will apparently "free-up the world's dwindling resources for elites."

Canada's abundant water supply is already starting to also dwindle, as Global Warming denies the yearly storage of water, in ice, for spring river-flows needed for vital human agricultural uses and other species. Human agricultural cultivation in Canada, and around the world, which support supplies of food for populations, is already being sabotaged by worsening droughts linked to climate change.

The development of a socially responsible international economy which facilitates the quality-of-life for all of humanity, would stabilize global population-levels and conserve dwindling resources. However, such a rejuvenated milieu would require an economy which serves all of humanity; and not primarily the financial goals of elites.

However, these self-absorbed elites, who are addicted to crass materialism like a drug addict is addicted to "crack" cocaine, or to other narcotics, have no intention of, in their view, "surrendering" such resource management power, to an economic system which serves all of humanity. Therefore, instigated "de-population" in their elite-driven view, is the "only solution".

If reports by the EIR and other such investigative journalism are accurate, then, Global Warming policies by Mr. Harper's government have been inspired by the same malevolent draconian ideology, which apparently continues to be a part of U.S. neo-conservative government thinking.
