National Newspaper offers rare reproductions of Canada’s first Constitutional documents with member pledges

Sir John A. Macdonald, Canada's first Prime Minister, also was a passionate champion of the Confederation of Canada through the development of the British North America Act, 1867 (Now officially referred to as the Constitution Act, 1867).

The book entitled Selected Canadian Constitutional Documents: British North America Acts, 1867, 1886, 1907, 1960, and the Statute of Westminster 1931 in the Original Presentation: Unannotated is a collector's item. This book presents reproductions of important Canadian constitutional enactments in original vintage presentations. These reproductions were apparently not available in Canada, until the publishing of this book.
