| NAU watch: New constructive action for Canadian Sovereignty by Ricardo Johansson One could Google “North American Union” and come up with about a million hits. We’re really past the time of quoting and re-quoting verifiable proof that something very sinister is under way. A new form of constructive action is needed now. The time is past for everyone to depend on one knight in shining armour to save the day. Pierre Elliot Trudeau is no longer with us to champion the cause of nationhood. In fact, there is little hope for anyone in the existing structure of government to make any difference. The structure itself is failing the People. It’s now up to all Canadians, collectively to take Canadian Sovereignty to the finish line. Demonstrations, signage and eloquent speakers must not be the main focus of action any more. Millions of Americans recently responded negatively towards the $700 million Wall Street bailout, but even that didn’t phase the political leaders making the decision. Things are no different in Canada. The media is obviously part of the power apparatus of which the power has been condensed into so few hands. So, there will be little assistance there either. Apathy, sports and pop music have permeated Canadian society as it has in much of the rest of the world. Any other anesthetizing drug could not have performed a better job of keeping the masses distracted and out of the way of the power broker’s business. Monsanto and the international drug cartel actually take a back seat to this form of mass disabling. NAU or any other similar effort under any other acronym that is sponsored by our current “leaders,” regardless as to time (past, present or future), all lead to the same thing: One World Government as a pyramid structure with all the power held by just a limited few privileged families believing they hold a “higher station.” It’s truly time to awaken and see that a World Government is inevitable for the very survival of Mankind. The only question is, “Are we going to just sit back and allow that World Government to be ruled by an elite group of privileged family members, or are we going to rise to the occasion and take the reins of destiny into our own hands? So, what is this new action that we need to embrace? As in any other emergency, it’s time for those who can take action to take action. It’s time to start a campaign of awakening for the Canadian People. It will be true that only a small percentage of the People will respond and actually awaken from their slumber, but it’s vital that a significant part of the population is made aware of the need for emergency action by the People. This large percentage of the Canadian People also needs to fully embrace and believe that their well being will be protected more by the assembly of 100,000 of their fellow Canadians rather than just a handful of politicians who have already been identified as part of the problem. It’s time for those individuals who are aware of this national emergency, as it relates to the Sovereignty issue in Canada, to look very carefully at the foundational cornerstone of any nation: Law. Without a body of Law that respects and honours a People’s collective core values, none of them can be or feel safe. What is Law? Law is made by the Sovereign or the Collective Sovereignty. As we awaken from our slumber, we recognize that each one of us is a Sovereign individual with the right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Each one of us makes the laws for our own lives and our own families or our own businesses. Everyone also has the right to equally share in the abundance of this earth while experiencing the unrestricted ability to reach his or her highest potential. However, when these individual Sovereigns unite for the purpose of creating a government, they all become the Collective Sovereignty. When the People assemble as the Collective Sovereignty to create a government, they do two things. First, they establish a set of Laws between themselves as Sovereigns - dealing with such things as personal injury, murder, theft, etc. (a unification of the Sovereign families under one Law so-to-speak). And then they establish a form and structure for a government and place certain restrictions on that government so that it or any of its employees will not interfere with the inherent rights of any individual Sovereign (Member of the Collective Sovereignty that created the government). No one can dictate to a Sovereign what he or she must do at any time unless one Sovereign or the Collective Sovereignty violates the rights of another Sovereign. An example would be where one Sovereign is claimed to have violated the rights of another Sovereign: such as physical harm to the individual or theft of his or her property. It is crucial to understand that even though the People assemble together to form the Collective Sovereignty, even that Collective body cannot interfere with the inherent right of any individual Sovereign except as agreed to by all Sovereigns who have come together to create a new unified Sovereign Law and to form a new government. Once that government is established, it may create additional statutes that further regulate any or all activities within that government. But it must be clear that none of those “statutes,” in any way, affect any of the Sovereigns - either individually or collectively. The only way a Sovereign can be affected by a government-created statute is if that Sovereign enters into a contract with that entity - such as a civil servant relationship (an elected officer or staff member, employee, etc.). The People, as the Collective Sovereignty, make the Law. And that Law can be referred to as the “Common Law.” It’s a Law that applies to Sovereigns in their everyday life. It is not government-made statutes and it is not corporate-made statutes. Common Law may be amended or extended by the People Collectively or the People’s Juries in legitimate Courts of Law, but neither a judge nor any other government official may amend or add to the Common Law. The People, collectively, or the People’s juries may also negate any “statute” that the government created because they are the Masters of that government. It is essential to understand that we are entering, for the first time in history, a period where the People can truly have their own exclusive Common Law. Prior to this time, the so-called common law was always under a king or an oligarchy playing the part of a king in a parliamentary type democracy. This is why the People always needed a “Bill of Rights” - to protect themselves from the King or oligarchy. Once this is understood, it becomes obviously silly when the People, fully established as the Collective Sovereignty, demand a Bill of Rights - since a so-called Bill of Rights would only be protecting themselves from themselves. A Sovereign needs no bill of rights to protect himself from himself. We’re now facing an almost total melt-down of our Sovereign rights and Common Law and the inevitable collapse of the debt balloon that was created by a corrupt monetary system where the amount of interest compounds at an exponential rate (impossible to ever repay) compared to the debt that only expands at a linear rate. In order to be safe we need to create a new system from the bottom up, and we need to start now. It only took 56 men to sign the American Declaration of Independence in 1776. How many Canadians, inclusive of men, women, and peoples of diverse, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds, with a corresponding passion for freedom, independence would be prepared to come together to champion a new and societally invigorating 'Canadian Declaration of Sovereignty and Rights'. Maybe a read of the proposed “Declaration of Independence for the People of Australia” on www.upworldgov.org would be a good start. The starting point is determining the identity of the “Sovereign.” SOCIALIZE: Network with other socially progressive readers.
