| Extraterrestrial command structure seeks to disguise rather than contain Oil Spill leak Special to The Canadian David Icke has indicated that humanity needs to wake up to an apparent alien agenda which has now spawned the Oil Spill. Independent film maker James Fox has traveled to Louisiana in an effort to determine and document the actual conditions in regard to the most heinous environmental disaster in human history and what he has encountered is profoundly disturbing. LINK According to Fox, speaking in an interview with the Phoenix UFO Examiner, Marine Biologist Dr. Carl Safina, president of the Blue Ocean Institute, who accompanied Fox on a flight over the accident site that the ecological damage may mean "the end of the gulf as we know it." LINK Further, the Fox said that there "seems to be complicity" between the government and BP in the efforts to disguise the amount of damage to the environment and the scope of the oil leak. The Department of Homeland Security appears to be more concerned about preventing media reporting of the scope of the disaster than in the actual process of cleaning up the oil. LINK The actions of BP and the government are inexplicable in the face of the magnitude of the oil leak. While the EPA has repeatedly asked BP to cease the use of toxic dispersal agents the company continues to utilize them, apparently more concerned about disguising the scope of the oil leak than in containing it. Dr. Michael Salla and David Icke suggests that cross-dimensional Manipulative Extraterrestrials which can take on a human appearance in our linear time, are mis-directing Gulf Oil Spill clean-up. David Icke elaborates that these Manipulative Extraterrestrials are characterized in part, by a lack of empathy, including a total lack of regard for the senseless destruction of the Gulf of Mexico.
