In the video recording below, former U.S. President John F. Kennedy foreshadowed the very context which is apparently precipitating Stephen Harper to covet a secretly arranged Border Pact with U.S. President Barack Obama.  

Dr. Salla who speaks after the recording of JFK's speech has documented a Military-Industrial-Extraterrestrial Complex (MIEC) of interests, that is orchestrating oppressive arrangements on Earth which include the so-called "North American Security Perimeter" that is linked to the NAU agenda. 

Dr. Salla suggests that MIEC is the orchestrator of national security rationales for the undermining of human and national sovereignty that is apparent toward a Manipulative Extraterrestrial controlled "New World Order" (NWO).
