2012 A Doomsday Senario?

With New Year 2012 soon upon us it is almost tradition that individuals put forth their resolution of things to do or for that matter, not to do, in the course of the new year.

Too, many seek out predictions and speculation of just what might be in store as it relates to life, love, health and wealth.

In pursuit of just that especially with the calamitous year that 2011 has been, it would be nice to get a reprieve from such turmoil.

Well, here is a link that you should follow if you want to gain at least one professor's take on what 2012 holds for you and the rest of the world.

His name is Professor James Petras and as taken from his web-site:

He is the author of more than 62 books published in 29 languages, and over 600 articles in professional journals, including the American Sociological Review, British Journal of Sociology, Social Research, and Journal of Peasant Studies. He has published over 2000 articles in nonprofessional journals such as the New York Times, the Guardian, the Nation, Christian Science Monitor, Foreign Policy, New Left Review, Partisan Review, TempsModerne, Le Monde Diplomatique, and his commentary is widely carried on the internet.'

In preparation for what he has to say, I only suggest you be seated, give yourself plenty of time and if you might want to have a stiff drink in hand in the course of reading it:

Happy New Year (best enjoy it while you can!)
