Iran: President Ahmadinejad Convenes NAM meet

Both the USA and Israel have stepped up arms and other terror goods sales to third world nations following the apparent Sept 11 Hoax. The three-fold boost in American arms sales last year is being attributed to the US building the military capabilities of allies potentially facing-off against Iran. In 2011, the US represented $66.3 billion out of total global arms sales of $85.3 billion according to a new report by the Congressional Research Service that was released on Monday.

By contrast, Russia, which is the second-most prolific purveyor of arms, sold a mere $4.8 billion worth of military equipment. Equally staggering is the jump in US arms sales from $21.4 billion in 2010 to $66.3 billion last year. According to the report, the primary recipients of the elevated arms purchases were Saudi Arabia, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.

Yet, USA-Israel terror twins accused Iran of secretly developing nukes. IRAN  INVITED OVER 150 NAM LEADERS TO ATTEND AN IMPORTANT nam SUMMIT IN TEHRAN. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has invited Egypt's first democratically elected president, Mohammed Mursi, to a summit of Non-Aligned countries to be held in Tehran Aug 29. Ahmadinejad congratulated Mursi on his win in the presidential elections last month. He called it "an Islamic awakening in the region" and urged stronger bilateral ties and friendship between the two nations.

Mursi’s spokesman subsequently denied the interview had taken place. Western powers have been trying to isolate Iran over its disputed nuclear program, which they suspect it is using to develop nuclear weapons. Tehran claims it is solely for civilian nuclear energy.

Ties between Cairo and Tehran were severed in 1980 after Iran's Islamic Revolution and Egypt's recognition of Israel. A popular uprising against former president Hosni Mubarak and Mursi's election ended six decades of rule by former military men. Mursi had said in an interview before his presidential victory that he planned to expand relations with Iran to “create a balance of pressure in the region”.

There have been conflicting reports about whether the leader of Iran's ally Hamas will attend the conference. Iranian news agencies say Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh has not been invited, but Haniyeh's office says he plans to attend. The office of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas says he will not attend if Haniyeh takes part.

USA and its allies want the NAM to discuss Syria and make it most important issue in the Non-Aligned talks. With Iran's support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, it is likely that the Syrian crisis would be high on the agenda of the five-day conference. While Turkey attended the lead-up talks in Cairo, it said it would not be going to Tehran because of this issue.

Australia is represented as a non-member guest. The Opposition suggested that this helps to give Iran “greater international legitimacy”. Australia has officials permanently based in an embassy in Tehran.

Why Israel does keeps bluffing that it wants to attack Iran? It could be a distraction from the cruel and unjust treatment of the Palestinians, killing these besieged human by Zionist blockades.

The NAM sumit ahs begun. At the opening ceremony on 27th August, Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi called for NAM leaders to stand against Western sanctions imposed to punish Tehran for its nuclear activities. Salehi also urged NAM to take a stand against terrorism, especially of the state-sponsored type, and accused U.S., British and Israeli intelligence services of being involved in the murders of four Iranian nuclear scientists since 2010.

Terrorism is caused by anti-Islamic forces. Fake democracies like USA and India have zero-tolerance to any criticism of their anti-Muslim and other aggressive practices. Anti-Muslimism and anti-Islamism are more dangerous than "terrorism" Anti-Islamic forces & terrorists are using criminal elements for terrorizing the world and they in disguise are harming genuine interests of ordinary Muslims.  Global media today, even in Muslim nations, are controlled by CIA and other anti-Islamic agencies.
