Once a top ranked Canadian junior tennis player, Samantha Gutstadt is better known as an Actress, Producer, Content Creator and Writer. When she became a mother, she decided that would be her number one job. Gutstadt decided to take her experiences to the screen and is now currently filming a new series called ‘Preschool Moms.’

Born October 3, 1980 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Gutstadt now lives in Venice, California with her husband, dog, and two amazing sons, Ryder and Asher. After completing her undergraduate degree at Ryerson University and post graduate degree at Humber, she followed her dream. She and appeared in a number of television shows and feature films both in Canada and the US, including, ‘Degrassi The Next Generation’, ‘Kevin Hill’, ‘Shark City’ and ‘The Tortured’. Gutstadt was nominated as Best Actress in Comedy at LA Web Fest, for her work on Season 2 of ‘Dogs and Me’. She has also acted on many stages, including the LA’s famous UCB Improv stage.

Samantha has also branched out and made a name for herself as an on camera host and has covered high profile events, such as Cannes, Sundance, AFI Film Festival and The Toronto International Film Festival to name a few. She drew from her experience in playing tennis when she covered Southern California Tennis leading up the US Open. Sam was also the co-host of ‘This Week in Fashion’.

Gutstadt was a spokes model for Greygoose Vodka and the face of Canadians Abroad LA. She also helps create digital content and videos for Nylon Magazine. Recently she has done commercials for Toyota Prius, Comcast, Ally Bank and DSW, and print ads for Belly Bandit and Sony.

In recent years, Gutstadt has turned her professional focus toward helping other mothers in the only way she knew how, by creating comedy and lifestyle content about motherhood. She has regularly contributed to family blogs such as ‘Bottles + Heels’ and ‘Colorescience’. She even recently launched her own family blog ‘SamSoMuch’, where she discusses topics ranging from finding a perfect Father’s Day gift to Mom Fashion.She is now taking her love for her family and all the chaos that comes with it and bringing it to the small screen. The series ‘Preschool Moms’, which stars Gutstadt, will focus on how new moms navigate the hectic world of preschool and all the drama that comes with it. This is the perfect show for mothers everywhere. There is no release date yet set.
