Mohegan To Oversee Casino Niagara and Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre





Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE), has been selected as the service provider for the Niagara Gaming Bundle in Niagara Falls Ontario by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). MGE is the owner, developer and manager of integrated resorts throughout the United States and Northern Asia. The selection followed a highly competitive procurement process. According to the report on PR Newswire, MGE will take up the responsibility of day-to-day operations at Fallsview Casino Resort, Casino Niagara, and the future 5,000-seat Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre, situated adjacent to Fallsview Casino Resort starting summer 2019,.

Intheir recent Press Release, the company says it plans to drive increased patronage at Niagara Falls by leveraging the existing Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara sites in conjunction with the future Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre to give customers a unique world-class entertainment experience. This is expected to bring further economic development opportunities to the region, with increased opportunities for employment. The company looks forward to forging partnerships with various stake holders such as Canadian Niagara Hotels Incorporated, the current landlord of Casino Niagara and a local developer, and Niagara Falls Entertainment Partners, the developer of the Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre.
