Mozilla Firefox to evolve into Australis

The Tech Crunch website disclosed that the Mozilla is on a drive to change the look of their web browser Firefox. Reportedly, the redesigning is underway to revamp the internet browser Firefox. The project Australis is the name given to this Mozilla Firefox innovation drive.

Currently, a Beta version of the new browser is available, which is installed through FTP files. Reportedly, the major  Australis  version  possibly may arrive by the end of this October 2013.

According to Tech Crunch, the new Firefox will make the browser much more simpler and may look just like the current Google Chrome .

Some advanced features are already in the original version and much more will be added through future updates.

Reportedly, many new features are now be available in the Firefox for Android app with 40 million downloads

The project team is ostensibly looking at techniques to tweak Mozilla internet browsing on iOS devices too. One of the best parts of the impending redesign will be the ability to tailor the browser to one's choice and remove any parts of the Firefox interface.

Expectantly there will be add-on features with social media connectivity and app use in addition to internet browsing.

Firefox has become the most accepted internet browser since May 2007

Although, Internet Explorer has been the main choice of the users for last five years, but in more recent times it has been overtaken by Google Chrome.

Apparently, Firefox has dwindled to third place behind Internet Explorer.

The Mozilla Firefox browser has been in existence since September of 2002, while Explorer browsers have been there since the days when dial up modems and "AOL" was hip.

Some informers are guessing that the release of  new version of Firefox it should be out by the Sept of 2013.
