Press Release: Two Ontario Superior Court Judges Favour Wife Abuser in Ottawa -- Join Petition

OTTAWA, Canada – Raymond Carby-Samuels is an ordinary person with a situation that is anything but ordinary.

On the 11th of February, Carby-Samuels received a court decision that would allow visitation to his mother, Dezrin Carby-Samuels.  Mrs. Carby-Samuels current situation requires extensive medical care as she cannot walk, talk or write.

Justice Patrick Smith provided the verdict on behalf of Mr. Carby-Samuels, but the decision was overturned soon after by a second set of justices.  The two justices, P.E. Roger and James McNamara allegedly worked with the defendant in the case.

“It is apparent from the overturning of Justice Smith’s ruling that there is clear judicial misconduct stemming from a personal vendetta against Mr. Carby-Samuels.  This is also subversion of the laws of Ottawa and Canada, and it is our goal to see that justice is properly brought forward,” said a spokesperson for Agora Media.

Part of the allegations against the two judges are from an apparent relationship with the defendant in the original case.  Carby-Samuels additionally alleges the defendant was abusing his mother.

“All I want is the right to see my mother in this her twilight years and be certain she is provided the medical care and comfort she deserves.  What is wrong with a son wanting this for his mother,” asked Carby-Samuels concerning the petition.

The petition, found at http://www.thepetitionsite.com/en-gb/takeaction/943/447/186/, seeks to have the  judges who overturned the decision in favor of Carby-Samuels resign and the original verdict returned so Carby-Samuels can continue to see his mother, oversee her general well being and medical care.
