Just three days ago, in the small city of Willits, California, a very strange event occurred.

According to short report sent to Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) website by an anonymous woman, an “orange fireball-like object” was seen moving across the sky above the Californian town.

“My husband and I were sitting outside together on our back porch when I turned around and saw an orange fireball-like object in the sky”, the unnamed woman said. “Originally, I thought it looked like a supernova (a star exploding in the sky), so I jumped up and grabbed my Nikon DSL 3300 [camera] and snapped a shot of the fireball; and as soon as I did the object started to move from the West (where I first saw it) to the East (moving closer overhead)”, she added.

She was with her husband when the alleged UFO appeared. “I asked my husband what it was because a star wouldn't move that way. Once I said something, the ball looked like a slow moving exploding fireball and then the lights were just out”, she expressed.

However, the object still remained visible for a while. “We could still see the object overhead. It then got closer and closer (Northeast) [and] that's when I could see what the bottom of the object looked like”. According to her, the unidentified craft was a “dull grey sphere with dark rings starting from the middle and getting bigger towards the outside”.

Finally, the object continued moving to the Northeast until it went out of view.

“It was for sure a UFO.  It stopped hovering above us and its lights went back on, and it went over the trees towards the Northeast”.

The woman also affirmed that she took several photos, but all of them were mysteriously erased from her camera. “I just went to upload the images from my camera to the computer, and my whole card has been corrected. I have no evidence, even after I showed my husband the video and the images”, she regretted.

“Of this UFO, I will admit, I feel very uncomfortable right now as I am submitting this”, she commented.
