Natural Anti-Aging: Living past 150 possible

Antioxidant foods called super foods are what provides anti aging health benefits through out the entire body. Total anti aging health provided by super foods may be the proverbial “Fountain of Youth”. Instead of 50 being middle age research is now showing that we can extend this middle age to 100 years and do it quite easily. I have been doing this kind of research for over 20 years now. It has become my passion. No matter how much I research and try new foods and their combinations both my wife and I have discovered that there is a tremendous amount that we do not know. Raw antioxidant foods provide the highest quality nutrients that give the body what it needs to prevent and heal disease. These food whether fresh or whole food supplements are the only source available to give us what we need to live a long and healthy life. The simple tomato has over 10,000 phytochemicals and when consumed has a mind numbing amount of combination's and permutations. These combination's all work together to protect the body against disease.

Extended longevity is right under our noses, literally. The old saying "we are what we eat" is absolutely true. A combination of all the antioxidant foods have been shown to be the key to a long and healthy life. We have known for hundreds of years and in some societies for thousands of years, that people whose diets are rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds and herbs have a much lower incidence of heart disease, diabetes, dementia, stroke, cancer and every other disease as well.

As an example the people who live in what is called blue zones live much longer than the rest of us. A blue zone is a society which is fairly isolated and have yet to adopt the industrialized way of eating and life style. They have conclusively shown that raw food and exercise is what is responsible and their diets are full of antioxidant foods which are rich in the necessary nutrients to insure a long and healthy life.

Only 7% of our diet is made up of whole plant foods and only 11% of us are eating fruits and vegetables even close to the proper amounts. This is why The Center for Disease Control recognizes this and states” we recommend supplementation for those people who cannot or do not eat enough plant-based food” Over the years my family members have switched over to a more antioxidants food based diet. But we are not perfect and further we are not sure what perfect is.

Here is a jaw dropper. Thousands of people who have switched to a diet which is primarily an antioxidant foods diet have cured Type 1 and 2 diabetes, cancers, heart disease and many other diseases. Some got results in as little as two weeks. However, prevention of disease is always easier than curing a disease both physically and mentally. Changing your diet and life style early will make for a life which is much better

If you want to turn middle age from 50 to a 100 and senior years to 150 you will have to change your life style. Our bodies are designed to last that long. So why don’t they? The simple answer, diet! “Blue zone” societies and cultures live to be a 100 with ease. Examples are Okinawa, some Greek Islands and The mystery valley in Ecuador to name just a few.
