Everyone diets once in a while, either to lose that obnoxious weight or just because everyone they know is doing it. Some might go on full starvation mode while others may deny themselves some perks and treats. But celebrities take the number one spot when it comes to strange, crazy and somehow unheard of diet plans.

A celebrity well known for her well-manufactured good looks, she has the perfect body that anyone would like to have. But even plastic needs maintaining and that is why she has been rumored to have been on an Atkins diet plan, which basically means that her diet is only based on proteins. She even removed gluten, sugar and dairy products at one time.

Jennifer Lopez

She is also another great celeb with a body to kill. But it requires more work than you think. Being that she is in her forties and still looks stunning, only means that dieting has played a major role in her beauty and physic. She once went on a full Duncan diet which is similar to the Atkins but based purely on proteins. She also once stayed on grapefruit-pill extracts which helped speed up her metabolism. The good news is that no matter which diet plan she is on, she still manages to stay healthy and in shape.

She is no stranger to dieting and swears by the Alkaline Diet Plan. This basically means that seventy percent of her food is raw with no dairy whatsoever. And in case of any proteins, it is not to be consumed or over-consumed. The best part about this diet is that it is healthy and poses no health concerns no matter the duration one is on it. It also changes the pH level in the body thus reducing the level of acidity in the body, which is a great thing.

She is also another celebrity known for extreme and rather strange diet plans. She even went on a full baby food diet plan which is a little bit strange and healthy only if compared to her other unhealthy dieting tactics. She has also not been left behind with the Coconut diet, only for the belief that it speeds up weight lose through fast body metabolism.

Fine as she is, that body comes with loads of work and self-sacrificing especially on the food department.  She once went on a vinegar diet plan to not only keep her body fine as hell but also to make her organs clean and pure. It is rumored that she used to drink one cup of vinegar so as to remove any fats from her body and keep it from blotting. All I can say is that whatever diet plans she has been on so far, she is slaying it all the way and keeping it healthy.
