It appears that rain tainted with radioactive iodine has been falling in Phoenix.  This is the similar kind of rain that has been reported as falling in Japan.  Dr. Micheal Salla in the above video elaborates on "Human" shapeshifters that David Icke links to the Fukushima nuclear disaster.

David Icke suggests that Manipulative Extraterrestrials who have infiltrated human institutions are behind Fukushima's nuclear disaster.  Ha, ha.. may sounds kinda funny to you.. but you may wish to consider this...  Radiation is dangerous to all humans and biological life on this planet.  If you accept the basic premise, it would not be in the interest of any humans to allow a radioactive geyser to continue to get worse and worse. 

If David Icke is onto something, then Extraterrestrial operatives are responsible for the systematic deleting of video on the web, that shows the continued spread of Fukushima's destruction.

One YouTube video had taken footage of yellow rain in Phoenix, with the following accompanying representation on BrokenFlask.com:

On March 22, 2011 I noticed many yellow puddles on my driveway during the rain. I took these pictures and also collected a sample. I have noticed in many news articles that people have been reporting yellow rain in Japan, Oregon, and elsewhere following the disaster at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power complex. This has been officially attributed to pollen, not radioactive fallout. I found this explanation questionable, so I just wanted to upload these pictures to let everyone know [what's going on].

Tokyo authorities have warned against giving tapwater to infants on account of small doses of radioactive iodine in the water supply.
