America’s Constitution undermines Occupy Wall Street Movement

Many Americans who are part of the Occupy Wall Street Movement might think that the U.S. Constitution substantively empowers them. But, how much of this is really the case? While the U.S. Declaration of Independence sought to inspire the creation of a “Republic” governed by, of, and for the People, the U.S. Constitution spawned an Empire.

This American Constitution nearly engulfed Canada in the War of 1812, after the U.S. government launched a pre-emptive strike against Canada. The apparent American appetite for war only appears to have grown, ever since 1812, and the spread of American “Manifest Destiny” into aboriginal, and Mexican territories.

America’s elites who have risen to positions of power, seek to primarily serve the political-military-industrial complex, that got them into power in the first place.

In their view, why should they be concerned about the foreclosure of your home, or the fact that you can’t pay for health insurance? America is an Empire which happens to have elections from time-to-time to legitimate the Empire. America does not operate as a democracy outside of the political science textbooks. In the view of elites: “If you don’t like it, we, The system, will just put someone else to do the same thing.”

Americans don’t substantively control America. It is “The System” that controls America. The U.S. Constitution serves “the System”.

The U.S. Constitution’s allusions to democracy are unsustainable. The U.S. Constitution allows for the creation of Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government which could be all controlled against the very colonial-inspired elites that America sought to revolt against. The idea of “check of balances” in the American Constitution become moot when all three branches of government all controlled by the same financially wealthy interlocking cliques.

Indeed, American presidential genealogy suggests that it is an advantage to be related British Royal Family that Americans supposedly fought a revolution against. Reportedly the Clinton, Bush, and Obama Presidential Families are all related to Queen Elizabeth II, suggesting some kind of American hereditary political aristocracy controls both U.S. Republican and U.S. Democratic Parties.

Hub pages documents:

…34 [U.S. Presidents] have been genetic descendants from just one person, Charlemagne, the brutal eighth century King of the Franks. 19 of them directly descended from King Edward III of England. In fact, the presidential candidate with the most royal genes has won every single American election.

Americans currently vote for different heads of the same Medusa or Monolith. What kind of democracy is that? Why do you think little has changed for the average American, after supposedly voting out George W. Bush and his policies?

The U.S. Constitution is arguably an Empire-creating document, which pays lip service to democracy, and does not substantively affirm the U.S. Declaration of Independence.

Today’s Occupy Movements across America, are the legacy of Americans still not having the Constitution that they sought to achieve after their Declaration of Independence.
