Dr. Michael Salla has indicated that there is a Military Industrial Extraterrestrial Complex or MIEC, and that Earth is being assimilated by an alien agenda which also operates on Earth's Moon.

The below video features evidence of alien base on the Moon which were released by China.

The depicted apparent military base is reportedly part of a military complex on the “dark side of the moon” that is always facing away from Earth.

In the video above, Alex Collier, who is a self-described Ethical Extraterrestrial contactee presents testimony which is consistent with the Chinese presented evidence of military bases.

Mr. Collier alleges that humans who can collaborated with MIEC: “have been on the Moon and Mars since 1958.”

Mr. Collier indicates in this video that the Moon is a hollow spacecraft that was designed by lower dimensional regressive aliens.

Mr. Collier has further indicated that the Moon is being used to undermine human sovereignty.

Mr. Collier also presented his further contactee testimony of a “hidden history” that is associated with the Moon.

Earthbound humans are also part of a broader family of cosmic humans which have been at war with lower dimensional alien life forms which use "genetics" to undermine species sovereignty, also based upon Mr. Collier's contactee testimony.
