In early November 2007, the White House empathically declared that alien life forms have not contacted Earth yet, in response to petitions asking for information on supposed human interactions with extraterrestrials.
"The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race," Phil Larson of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy elaborated in a blog post responding to the public petition. "In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public's eye."
However, UFO Sightings Daily reported that Jaden Smith who with his parents was to visit the White House the next day wanted to know more.
Will Smith, his famous Dad, recalled his son’s curiosity.
“The night before, Jaden had said to me, ‘Dad, I gotta ask the president about the aliens.’ And I said, ‘Dude, no. No, it’s not cool. It’s not cool, it’s embarrassing.’ I was, like, ‘Jaden, DO NOT ask the president.’”
