The witness describes his or her professional background.

“I am a professional photographer with 7 years of experience.”

The witness describes what he or she was doing before the sighting.

“I was leaving a wedding that I had photographed in Alvin, Texas on May 20th.“

The witness then describes his or her sighting, and the time of the sighting.

“I observed what looked like a plane in the distance while driving south-west on County Road 539 at 1:25 AM.”

The witness describes ignoring what he or she assumed at first to be an aeroplane. However, the witness decided to further look at the flying object. The witness then describes the unusual illumination of the object, and the object’s colour.
