A New York witness reports UFO activity on 15 June 2012 according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. 

David Icke and Alex Jones suggests that such sightings might be holographic projections designed to incite fear among the public toward the elite-driven orchestration of an "Extraterrestrial threat" as the next frontier on the "War against Terrorism".

The witness reported what he or she was doing just before the sighting.

“At approximately 8:20 pm, myself and a co-worker while driving home noticed an Orb in the sky.”

The witness did not originally consider the object to be unusual.

“Thought at first it was a blimp or advertisement balloon for a car dealership.”

But then the witness started to notice unusual features about the object which was inconsistent with their original assessment of the terrestrial nature of the object.
