UFO: Numerous witnesses observe orbs over British Columbia

Numerous witnesses have observed orange/red light over Cloverdale, British Columbia, on 17 December 2012 at around 9:40 - 9:45 PM. The information has been obtained from a report published by The Vike Factor. This website is coordinated by Brian Vike, the Director of HBBC UFO Research and a famous Ufologist.  This report contains a letter sent to Mr. Vike by one of the witnesses.

The witness begins the letter by describing the total number of people who sighted the UFO, and the time and date of the sighting.

Good morning, I and about 6 neighbors witnessed something last night at around 9:40-9:45 Pm. on December 17, 2012.

The witness then describes what he came across, when he stepped out of his house.

“I only saw the last portion of it, but here is what I witnessed. I stepped out to walk my dog at approximately 9:40 p.m. As soon as I got out, I noticed a car stopped in the middle of the road to my left a couple houses.”

He further goes on to describe how the lady driver reacted, and how he finally saw the object. He also talks about the color and position of the object.

“The lady driver had her door open and was looking up and yelling. I thought she was just calling to a neighbour. I turned right and walked the dog a bit. The dog didn't want to walk, so after maybe 4 minutes, I turned around and started back home, that's when I saw the bright orange/red light pretty much stationary in the sky above and behind the car parked in the middle of the road still.

The witness then describes the movement and direction of the object, as observed by another witness. He also describes what he thought of the object, and how the lady reacted to the sighting.

It was mesmerizing. The lady saw me and asked if I saw it, another fellow walking a dog said he had seen the light go from basically one horizon, straight overhead, and it was now appeared stopped over a field behind this car.

After that, he tells us about the position of the object, and how the other witness thought that the object could not be a satellite.

“Fairly high, but I had no reference points. He said it made no sound. I asked if it could be a satellite, he said no, it was way too low for that.”

He also tells us that he asked his wife to come out of the house, and he and his wife saw the object disappear behind the clouds.

“I dropped the dog off in the house, got my wife and she witnessed it too. By now it started moving away from us. We viewed it for a few more minutes until it was behind some clouds.”

The witness then tells us about the number of people who saw it, and also describes their reaction to the sighting. He further tells us why none of them felt that it was a plane.

“There were about 6 of us who saw this. One fellow just said "it's evil". None of us heard any noises like it would be a plane etc. At all times it maintained the same orange/red glow. Very bright!”

After that, the witness describes how he felt that the object was a helicopter.

“At first I thought it was an indicator light on a helicopter, but I never saw the green or white that would also be on such. Also, seeing the red only, the helicopter would have to have travelled sideways, and it would have been green approaching us.

He also wonders if there are other reports of this sighting, and also describes the direction in which the object travels.

“Just wondering if there were any other sighting reported for this sighting. For what it's worth, the direction of travel was approximately SSW to NNE.”

Mr. Vike requests the readers to let him know of any similar sighting, or any other UFO sightings in the past.

“If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential. Also, please feel free to send in your sightings that have happened years ago. So many of these older sightings are nothing short of amazing.”
