A witness reports on the Alberta UFO Study Group's site that he or she and two other people a vehicle were headed towards High Prairie, when they reportedly noticed strange lights in the sky just hovering. This sighting was reported to have occured at 7:35 pm on 2 January 2013.

The witness reported the number of lights that he or she saw.

"I saw 4 lights."

The witness reported that the UFO activity was hovering and that the sighting lasted six minutes.
