A woman, who time travelled back to 1937, was caught talking on a cell phone device during the making of a movie, as reported by UFO Sightings Daily. The website, UFO Sightings Daily, is coordinated by Scott C. Waring. He had been affiliated with the United States Air Force at SAC base (USAF flight line). He currently owns an ESL School in Taiwan. 

In this report, Scott Waring has published a photograph of the incident, along with a YouTube video.  

Mr. Waring tells us how aliens have always visited the earth, and will continue visitng even after we are gone.

“It would be ignorant to believe that aliens have only just started visiting us this century. They were here long before us and will be here long after we are gone. Some aliens are known to look human but don't let appearances fool you.”

He tells us how they can look human like from outside.

“The look the same on the outside but they are often far superior to us inside.”

He talks about an alleged alien from Venus who visited the White House in 1957.

“Remember the visiter to the White House in March 16, 1957? It was Val Valiant Thor who dressed like everyone else in the 1950s but he showed up in a silver shiny jumpsuit. Also he said he was from Venus. SCW”

Mr. Waring also published a report from Alien Disclosure Group (ADG). The report describes the footage and talks what what the woman was doing.

“Very interesting footage from 1938 (Filmed in 1937 and released in 1938) which seems to show a woman holding an unknown device to her ear.”

It describes how it is clear that the woman was talking into the device.
