An appaerent and alleged Alien base was discovered in lunar photos taken by NASA’s Apollo 11 mission in 1969. The base was discovered in July 2013, as reported by UFO Sightings Daily. The report was posted on 07 July, 2013. The website, UFO Sightings Daily, is coordinated by Scott C. Waring. He had been affiliated with the United States Air Force at SAC base (USAF flight line). He currently owns an ESL School in Taiwan. 

In this report, Scott Waring has published an image of the alien base, along with an email report.

Mr. Waring describes how the alien base was discovered. He also tells us that it took hima  awhile to find the base in the image.

“Wow, this is a great discovery by J.M. of a base on the moon. This photo is by no means small and took me a while to find the base he found.”

The UFO enthusiast, who had sent the email report, describes what he could find in the image.

“To me it looks like some kind of crystal tube with something that appears like an antenna or some kind of special weapon...not sure what it is, but we can figure it out.”
