A UFO fleet of glowing orbs was recorded flying over Chicago, Illinois on 3 and 4 July, 2013, as reported by UFO Sightings Daily. The report was posted on 08 July, 2013. The website, UFO Sightings Daily, is coordinated by Scott C. Waring. He had been affiliated with the United States Air Force at SAC base (USAF flight line). He currently owns an ESL School in Taiwan. 

In this report, Scott Waring has published an image of the orbs, along with a YouTube video.

Mr. Waring tells us how these orbs were recorded by many UFO enthusiasts.

“A massive amount of glowing UFOs were seen over Chicago during July 4th and several breathtaking videos were taken of the event.”

Scott Waring also included quite a few eyewitness reports as well. In these reports, we come to know that many people were able to observe these observe during the Independence Day celebrations.

This is not the first time that UFO fleet has been observed during the 4^th of July. Perhaps the aliens want to keep a track of what the US is doing during its Independence Day celebrations.
