UFO activity was reported over Ottawa, on 23 October, 2013. This report has been obtained from a testimony included in the database of Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), published on 23 October, 2013.

The witness begins the report by describing how they have sighted the flashing light appear in the sky after sunset in July 2013, when he moved to his apartment. He also tells us that they are well aware of how planes look, as their apartment is situated directly below the flight path for Ottawa International Airport.

The witness further tells us how they have sighted the UFO every night since they moved in, in the month of July 2013.

“However, it is now October 23 2013 and we can attest that we have seen this item in the sky (weather permitting) every single night since we moved in.”

He then tells us that they have observed the UFO with different equipment.

“We have observed it through binoculars, telescope and video camera.”

The witness further tells us that he had seen the object multiple times during the night and early morning.

“I have observed this item at various times throughout the night i.e., 8,9,10,11 p.m. 2,3,4,5,6 a.m. and even to this morning at 6:30 a.m. when it just vanished as I watched.”

The witness also tells us that he would be grateful to anyone who could provide any rational explanation for this object.
