An alien entity was observed hovering over Bakersfield, California on 22 Dec, 2013, as reported by UFO Sightings Daily. The website, UFO Sightings Daily, is coordinated by Scott C. Waring. He had been affiliated with the United States Air Force at SAC base (USAF flight line). He currently owns an ESL School in Taiwan. 

In this report, Scott Waring has published images of the UFO. He has also published an eyewitness report. The report has been taken from Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).

The witness describes what he was doing at the time of the incident. He also talks about the color and position of the UFO.

“I was sitting in my car with a friend at the top of a mountain in San Francisco when I saw a very bright orange light hovered high above the city skyline.”

He tells us that he informed his friend about this object, when it started moving across the horizon.

“I didn't say anything to my friend until I noticed it started moving slowly across the horizon.”

The witness describes his reaction to the sighting.

“I was mainly in disbelief because I didn’t want to believe it. I do believe there may be other life forms out there but it never occurred to me that I’d ever see it in person myself.”

He further describes the movement of the object.

“It moved in a very slow, lateral fashion across the horizon for about 20 minutes or so.”
