Glowing entities were seen following Russian trains on July 26, 2014, as reported by UFO Sightings Daily. The website, UFO Sightings Daily, is coordinated by Scott C. Waring. He had been affiliated with the United States Air Force at SAC base (USAF flight line). He currently owns an ESL School in Taiwan. 

In this report, Scott Waring has published images of the UFO, a YouTube video, an eyewitness report and a news report.

Mr. Waring asks the readers to look closely at the video. He also tells us that three sightings of these entities were recorded.

“Look closely at these glowing entities as they pursue and observe the train. There are three recorded instances that were posted on a Russian site and all of them have been placed into this single video.”

He then tells us that such entities often follow military vehicles, and were also seen during World War II

“Such glowing entities have been seen following aircraft, over military bases and nuclear plants. This is what WWII pilots call foo fighters.”

He talks about the purpose of these entities.

“They record data for research purposes.”

The sighting of these entities have been reported by many UFO enthusiasts in Russia and  also by some local new channels.
