Place: Langford, Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Located in the southern part of the Vancouver Island, Langford not only is one of the fastest growing towns in British Columbia, but also in Canada. In spite of being small (only 35,000 inhabitants), its economy has become prosperous thanks to a flourishing housing market, and a joyful serenity that makes it really attractive for both residents and tourists.

However, this small town was shocked by an incident dated on 22 March 2016. According to a report published on UFO specialised website MUFON.com, an anonymous witness affirmed having seen “an orb of light hovering in the distance”.  “What caught my attention was how fast the lights on it were flashing.  It was far too fast to belong to conventional aircraft, with the flashing of the lights being milliseconds apart”, stated the Langford resident. “The colours flashed in sequence of White-Blue-Red, and repeated rapidly”.

Additionally, after a few seconds, “the orb started moving very fast in a curving flight path towards my direction”, the observer added. But unexpectedly “it stopped and suddenly vanished. It disappeared just as I was looking at it”.

About the duration of the event, this person said: “the whole event from me spotting the craft to it disappearing was around 2 minutes in time”.

Long Description of Sighting Report

I was on my balcony looking at the glow of the moon behind the clouds when I noticed an orb of light hovering in the distance (East North-East)above the tree-line. What caught my attention was how fast the lights on it were flashing, It was far too fast to belong to conventional aircraft, with the flashing of the lights being milliseconds apart. The colours flashed in sequence of White-Blue-Red, and repeated rapidly.

After hovering for a few seconds, the orb started moving very fast in a curving flight path towards my direction. I saw two tiny orbs of light appear to spark out faintly beside the craft, before disappearing as the craft moved.

As the craft approached It stopped and suddenly vanished, It disappeared just as I was looking at it. This prompted me to stay outside for an extra minute trying to see if I could find it, with no luck, I returned inside.

The whole event from Me spotting the craft to it disappearing was around 2 minutes in time.
