Star-like UFO Spotted in Edmonton, Alberta
An eye witness and some couple of friends recently witnessed a star-like object in the sky at 11.10 p.m. on August 10, 2016.
The witness said the object had a directional change, disappearing and reappearing in a matter of seconds.
“I was walking in a field to meet up with some friends and I happened to look up at about a 55 degree angle to see a star like object moving at a relatively slow rate,” the witness stated.
“When under my observation from the ground, the object was turning in a circular motion but not a full circle, more of a quarter circle direction then it would immediately disappear and then reappear in a different spot.”
The object continued to disappear and reappear in different spots in the sky, but all within the same area size in the sky.
“If I was to describe the area size in the sky I would have to say about 10 square inches.”
Though his friends did not believe him for one second even after seeing the object slowly disappear in a straight line, they all thought it was a shooting star.
“My friends were close by, so when I got to them, I told them I had seen a UFO, but they all laughed,” the witness stated.
“One of my buddies said it was a shooting star but I told him shooting stars don’t move that slow and change direction. I saw it again before it disappeared. ”
A report was filed with MUFON on August 12, 2016.
So far there has been no other report similar to the one made by the witness anywhere near Edmonton, Canada.
Investigations are still ongoing as most UFOs can be explained by simple man-made features or other natural causes.
