Wikileaks: Former Blink 182 Vocalist Emailed John Podesta About UFOs

Date: 11 October 2016.

Place: Washington D.C, United States.

Just a few days ago, new documents released by polemic website Wikileaks.org would reveal that famous singer Tom DeLonge (former Blink 182 vocalist) emailed Hillary Clinton’s Chief of Campaign John Podesta in order to schedule a meeting to talk about UFO phenomenon.

In accordance with an article published on British online newspaper The Daily Telegraph, the Californian musician sent two emails to Mr Podesta saying he wanted to introduce him “two very important people”.

“According to the emails, which were released this month by WikiLeaks, DeLonge first emailed John Podesta in October 2015, offering to introduce him to ‘two very important people’", states the news.

“I would like to bring two very 'important' people out to meet you in DC. I think you will find them very interesting, as they were principal leadership relating to our sensitive topic”, Mr DeLonge wrote. “I just need 2 hours from you. Just looking to have a casual, and private conversation in person”, he added.

Then, just three months after this first request, the singer sent another email saying he had been working with a retired military official on UFO investigations. “When Roswell crashed, they shipped it to the laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base”, he expressed. “General McCasland was in charge of that exact laboratory up to a couple years ago. He not only knows what I'm trying to achieve, he helped assemble my advisory team. He's a very important man”, the rock musician commented.

The Daily Telegraph states that Mr Podesta “has previously called for publication of all government-held UFO files in the US, claiming that ‘the truth is still out there’”. According to the news, in an interview with American TV chain CNN, the politician affirmed that “the US government could do a much better job in answering the quite legitimate questions that people have about what’s going on with unidentified aerial phenomena”.

However, not only him seemed interested in this issue, but Mrs Clinton herself expressed her willingness to clarify it. In an interview in April, the presidential candidate manifested: “I want to open the files as much as we can. There’s enough stories out there that I don’t think everybody is just sitting in their kitchen making them up”.

Why was former Blink-182 singer Tom DeLonge emailing Hillary Clinton's campaign about UFOs?

Just when you thought the American presidential race couldn't get any stranger, a pair of emails have been leaked, which show that former Blink-182 singer Tom DeLonge contacted Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman about UFOs.

According to the emails, which were released this month by WikiLeaks, DeLonge first emailed John Podesta in October 2015, offering to introduce him to "two very 'important' people".

"I would like to bring two very 'important' people out to meet you in DC," the email reads. "I think you will find them very interesting, as they were principal leadership relating to our sensitive topic.

"I just need 2 hours from you. Just looking to have a casual, and private conversation in person."

In a second email, sent in January 2016, DeLonge, who earlier this year launched a multimedia website dedicated to investigating "Unidentified Aerial Phenomena", told Podesta that he was working with a former military official.

"When Roswell crashed, they shipped it to the laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base," DeLonge wrote. "General McCasland was in charge of that exact laboratory up to a couple years ago.

"He not only knows what I'm trying to achieve, he helped assemble my advisory team. He's a very important man."

It is not clear whether Podesta responded to the emails from DeLonge.

Podesta, who worked as Bill Clinton's Chief of Staff between 1998 and 2001 and as a senior adviser to Barack Obama, has previously called for publication of all government-held UFO files in the US, claiming that "the truth is still out there".

He also said, in an interview, with CNN, "the US government could do a much better job in answering the quite legitimate questions that people have about what’s going on with unidentified aerial phenomena."

Clinton, too, has been open about her interest in UFOs. In an interview in April, she said: “I want to open the files as much as we can.” She added: “There’s enough stories out there that I don’t think everybody is just sitting in their kitchen making them up.”
