An Archontic-like entity was seen hovering over Japan, on the 21 December 2012, as reported by UFO Sightings Daily. Are such sightings associated with the Fukushima disaster?  UFO activity has also been spotted over Fukushima itself.  The website, UFO Sightings Daily, is coordinated by Scott C. Waring. He had been affiliated with the United States Air Force at SAC base (USAF flight line). He currently owns an ESL School in Taiwan. In this report, Scott Waring has published images of the UFO, along with a video posted on YouTube.

Mr. Waring consider the possibility of the object being the reflection of the window of a car, on the first look. However, he also mentions how we can see that the person is standing outside and there cannot be any reflection. He says,

“When looking at this at first you think it’s a reflection off a window; however we can clearly see the person is outside and there is no glass or reflection.”

He goes on to say that the UFO is odd and also describes its cloak.

“This UFO is very odd in that it seems to have a cloak that is failing.”

Mr. Waring also tell us who the cloaks work and make the objects invisible.

“Cloaks do not make it invisible, but rather make it APPEAR invisible by actually bending the light around it from top to bottom.”

Finally, Mr. Waring wishes that there were more video of this object, but also says that we can get a clear idea of the object from this video.
