Is the end of the world really upon us? An eyewitness report was posted in Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) on January 1st, 2014 - New Year's Day - of not just strange looking objects in the sky, but also strange beings.

"One appeared to be trying to disguise his appearance to look human but was not done yet. I wouldn’t have believe it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes with picture and video proof."

This strange phenomena occurred on December 28, 2013 on Stantonburg's Highway 58 in North Carolina at 5:20 P.M.; and it seems to have no interest in letting the humans know about it as the eyewitness explains.

"They were using cloud cover to conceal themselves and their Spacecraft... I stopped my video because it appeared not to be photographing the UFO vehicle."

Still, this did not hinder the eyewitness' desire to document what he saw. With his iPhone in hand, he still took videos and snapped photos. The Photos and videos were submitted to the MUFON database on the very first day of 2014. The witness described the cloud as appearing out of the normal on that day.

"I noticed a strange looking object flying below a very thick layer of clouds with a large noticeable emission."

According to the report, the eyewitness took it upon himself to make certain that he is able to capture this eventful day; and to also check if there were others who also saw the same thing on December 28, 2013. Apparently, someone from Ohio did.

"In which someone in Ohio also saw on Dec 28th 2013. I found out later by doing internet research, and he posted his video on you tube."

The witness’ captured photos were then sent to his iPad for further scrutiny using simple aspect ratio and found out that apart from the strange craft he saw hovering below the cloud, was what appears to be the mother ship, hidden behind thick clouds.

With so many calamities that has befallen mankind in the past years, the eyewitness cannot help but tie this even to the Biblical passage in Luke chapter 21, verse 25, where it reads:

"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea."

This witness believes that we are being watched, for reasons that are not clear to us yet. Still, the question remains: Do they come here in peace and why do they want to mimic us?
