The United Nations (UN) authorised the Spanish government to spray lethal chemtrails from the skies during the strategically planned COVID-19 "state of emergency."  The Spanish government quietly admitted on April 16, 2020, that they had authorised the military to spray biocides on the entire population.This population-wide medical experiment was conducted under the guise of a "state of emergency for the management of the Covid-19 health crisis situation."  This desperate, yet well-thought-out plan violates multiple counts of the Nuremberg Code, a human rights and medical ethics treaty that is not enforced in any way.

The Spanish Minister of Health has been given permission to use military units to spray citizens in large numbers.

This biocidal chemtrail operation was made possible by Royal Decree 463/2020, issued on March 14th, allowing the Minister of Health to take "a series of measures aimed at protecting the welfare, health, and safety of citizens, as well as the containment of disease progression and strengthening the public health system."

The Minister of Health is authorised by Royal Decree 463/2020 to "dictate the orders, resolutions, provisions, and interpretive instructions that, within their scope of action as a delegated authority, are necessary to guarantee the provision of all services, ordinary or extraordinary, in order to protect people, goods, and places, through the adoption of any of the measures provided for in article eleven of Organic Law 4/1981, of June 1, of the states of alarm, exception, and simplification."

The Armed Forces and Military Units of Emergencies are already equipped to deploy these materials and conduct nationwide aerial disinfectant procedures.

Despite the fact that Spain has previously been used as a testing ground for chemtrails containing lead dioxide, silver iodide, and diatomite, these actions are commonly referred to as "conspiracy theory."  In 2015, these chemtrail operations were used to engineer the climate.

Globalists like Bill Gates are also attempting to use countries as test sites for solar-dimming chemtrail projects.  These geoengineering projects have been proposed as "climate change" solutions.  International scientists have deemed Bill Gate's project unethical.  These geoengineering programmes have a negative impact on weather patterns, agriculture, ecosystems, air quality, human health, and food and water security, while also raising concerns about a number of human rights violations.
