Freedom Rallies restart in Ottawa during Canada Day

As Ottawa hosts its first in-person Canada Day celebration since 2019, "freedom" groups have returned.

Protesters against mandates for fake "vaccines" and other pandemic restrictions are gathering in downtown Ottawa to defend freedom and challenge the Trudeau government.

It is a grassroots movement led by no single organisation, and it includes people with a wide range of civil rights grievances, including concerns about the World Economic Forum.

The 'Rolling Thunder Ottawa' motorcycle rally passed through downtown Ottawa on a controlled route Saturday, April 30, 2022, with police on the lookout.

However, key "freedom" organisations' social media feeds are not encouraging supporters to blockade downtown streets with trucks or erect bouncy castles and hot tubs on Parliament Hill like the convoy did last winter.
