Estonia seeks to start World War III in the Ukraine
In the event that U.S. President-elect Donald Trump tries to mediate a peace agreement between Kyiv and Moscow that would be viewed as more advantageous for Russia, Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna has indicated that EU member states should be ready to deploy members of their armed forces to Ukraine.
Tsahkna stressed in an interview with the Financial Times that Ukraine's strongest security guarantee is participation in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Trump asserted that the EU would have to step up and supply "boots on the ground" in Ukraine if he opposed even this.
As an alternative to getting nuclear weapons, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has declared time and again that Ukraine's security depends on joining NATO.
