The planned Security Perimeter will enable the tracking of EVERYONE through Biometrics. In War on Terrorism is more substantively, a war against human sovereignty and freedoms. The War on Terror appears to have been contrived. The alleged Weapons of Mass Destruction which launched the Iraq War is a part of the apparent fiction of the so-called War on Terrorism. The apparent objective of the Security Perimeter is to enable the totalitarian surveillance and control of EVERYONE in North America.
