Hollywood: Jared Leto Presents Hair Secrets







When Jared Leto was seen at the Oscars he was noticed more for his hair than the Oscar that he received!

This means that everyone is begging to find out what he does to keep it looking so fantastic.  "The Cut" interviewed his hairstylist, Chase Kusero, to find out more. He explained that he felt his health was a big reason for his hair looking so good. He said that he had been vegan for a number of years and also did not drink or smoke and that made a big difference.

Of course it is well known that a healthy diet has a good effect on your hair. However, there are some specific foods that you can eat that will help you. A downer though is that Kusero also says that genes play a big part with Jared’s mother having great hair too. This is not something that anyone can change, but there are certainly a lot of great hair tips out there as well as different hair products to help you to achieve the look that you want.

Changing your diet drastically is inadvisable without consulting your GP. However, you can add extra nutritious food without making big changes. Protein is key to good hair and Vitamin D and omega-3 are great for the scalp.

Zinc, Iron and B12 help hair to grow and stop it falling out. Vitamin C helps supply nutrients to the hair follicles and beta-carotene and folates also help.
