This requires high self-discipline.

Patience

The leader has a certain sphere of influence, and this imposes additional responsibility on him. The ability to bring people together for a common goal implies the existence of such qualities as patience. The leader takes into account other people and their abilities is able to see the strengths and weaknesses of the team.
