Located in the southeast of Canada, the city of Toronto is one of the world’s most thriving cities. It is well known for being a global financial centre, with a flourishing cultural mix that makes it really attractive for immigrants.

However, in the last years, the city and its surrounding areas have added a new (an unusual) feature to their heritage: they have become a hotspot for UFO sightings. For example, in 2014, there were several reports of “five unknown balls of light” hovering above North York neighbourhood. Now, in 2016, another strange incident has taken place in the Canadian metropolis.

According to report published on UFO specialised website MUFON.com, “an object in white light” was spotted by an anonymous local resident. “The object itself was in the Eastern to Southern part of the sky”, said the witness. “[It] was much lower than the star in the sky which was to the object's top right angle”.  

“I've actually taken 2 photos:  first was of the pretty Moon & Sirius, I believe it was”, this person affirms, and “then it was the 2nd photo that I've captured the image of the UFO once the brightness became clearer”.

Long Description of Sighting Report

On Friday late evening of March 18th/16 , I've noticed through my window there was an object in white light , which was much lower than the star in the sky which was to the object's top right angle . I went out with my iPhone to see if I'll be able to capture its image just as I did on the 11th. 

The Moon at the time was high up in the SW direction in the sky along with 2 bright stars. The object itself was in the Eastern to Southern part of the sky , the same spot as the above mentioned date 1 wk before . I've actually taken 2 photos , first was of the pretty moon & sirius I believe it was , then it was the 2nd photo that I've captured the image of the ufo once the brightness became more clearer , the object looks ok on the pic , which I'm attaching with this report .
