In an online interview with political activist Brian Ruhe, famous Canadian researcher Alfred Lambremont Webre affirmed to have information about a secret treaty called “Greada”, which consisted in an agreement between the US government and several alien races like the Tall Greys and the Reptilians, so as to “capture and commercialise human children in various ways”.

According to the Vancouver-based researcher, the treaty was signed under the administration of President Dwight Eisenhower in the fifties.

In the opinion of Mr Lambremont, this treaty has resulted in a “virtual commercialisation of millions of human children [that have been] captured in various ways”. These children, Mr Lambremont says, are “gathered up either for trafficking on the planet or for sale off the planet, in the Solar System or outside the Solar System”.

He also stated that religious entities like the Vatican have also received benefits for this treaty. “Underneath the Vatican, there are living intelligent Reptilians, and a lot of ritual sacrifices take place down there”, he expressed. “There is a thing called ‘The Ninth Circle’, where various Cardinals have done ritual children sacrifices before they become Popes”, he added.

The Canadian researcher also explained the rocky relationship between humans and Reptilians. “There is a specific history of competition for turf between humans and Reptilians”, he stated. He opined that the Reptilians are “very aggressive” beings that have always tried to take Planet Earth as part of their realm. However, this fact has been hidden by governments and religious institutions. “As citizens, we are kept ignorant by the governments, the powers and the military intelligence agencies, as well as by other extraterrestrials that are monitoring this planet”, Mr Lambremont affirmed.

However, the pivotal point of this situation was the signing of the Greada Treaty, which, as it was previously mentioned, legalised human abductions. “This culminated in 1954 with a treaty being signed [Greada Treaty]”, he expressed. “The Orions and The Greys approached Eisenhower and they said: ‘we are going to give you technology. However, we want the right to abduct humans’. Then, the US deep state forced the US government to go with that”.

This, Mr Lambremont affirmed, “opened the door for harvesting human children using legal, institutional and armed forces for trafficking on Earth jurisdiction and outer space jurisdiction”.
