According to ex-Defence Minister Paul Hellyer, some aliens with differing agenda look just like humans [above video].  The implications of this allegations is that human-appearing manipulative aliens could be running various organizations on Earth for an agenda that is hostile to the quality-of-survival of humans.

The Hon Paul Hellyer also confirms that alien abductions are a very real phenomenon which are the product of "agreements" between aliens and elites.  It's alleged that various elites have been able to acquire technology in exchange for "allowing" aliens to abduct humans for various experiments in support of a take-over agenda of Earth.
