Is the Obama administration along with NATO supporting anti-black rebels?  That is what Webster Tarpley says.  Mr. Tarpley is an investigative journalist.  He made those comments on RT.  This video is attached. 

Corrupt and racist rebels are apparently using U.S. money to support a racist vendetta against southern Libayn civilian populations who are largely black.  Furthermore, Mr. Tarpley elaborates that the same Al Qaeda terrorists that the U.S. and NATO are supposedly fighting against in the "War of Terrorism" are the leaders of the rebels.
