Is the Moon an artificial satellite that was brought to Earth by Manipulative Extraterrestrials? That is a question that has been explored by Alex Collier, who is a self-described contactee of Ethical Extraterrestrials. Mr. Collier suggests that the Moon has been a base of an on-going war against Earthbound Humans, and that it represents “Ground Zero” of the problems described by Dr. Michael Salla is his ‘Typology of Extraterrestrials‘ in contact with Earth: http://exopolitics.org/Report-ET-Motivations.htm.

The idea of a base on the Moon fascinates me. As do artefacts that have been found and photographed on the Moon. From these artefacts, we can entertain several assumptions. Humanity is not the only game in town. Others exist. Others have visited this planet we call home. Others have made a temporary home on our planet’s Moon in the past. Based on the amount of artificially manufactured debris found on the Moon, something terrible happened to some of the others.

Many American astronauts have reported observing anomalous flying craft. Col. Leroy Gordon "Gordo" Cooper, United States Air Force, related having seen classified Air Force photographs of a UFO landing at Edwards Air Force Base in California. Studying the photographs with the actual photographers in the room with him, he described a saucer-shaped craft that approached the ground, extended three legs which served as tripod landing gear, and landed. He noted that the photographers who had just taken the photos were extremely emotional when they handed their film over. Gordo was told that upon approaching the craft, it immediately rose into the air, retracted its landing gear, and flew away, the whole episode lasting mere minutes.

There is an incredible amount of activity around this planet. Astronauts have been reporting, almost since the birth of the Space Race, that unknown craft are seen following our craft, shadowing them and seeming to observe them.

Astronauts Donald Slayton (Apollo-Soyuz Test Project), James Lovell (Gemini 7, Gemini 12, Apollo 8, and Apollo 13), Frank Borman (Gemini 7 and Apollo 8), Scott Carpenter (Mercury-Atlas 7), and Eugene Cernan (Apollo 17) seemed to all have similar stories.

Suspicion or interest in life on the Moon grabbed public attention when the inventor of the radio (so credited) Marconi, Tesla publicly reported his experiments in transmitting radio signals to the Moon and attempting to receive answers, which he indeed believed took place. After that, American, British, and French astronomers reported glowing and moving and sometimes even blinking lights on the Moon during the 1920s and 1930s, often reported in local newspapers and scientific journals of those years which can often be found in major libraries. This interest peaked when a respected expert in aerial phenomenon, Pulitzer Prize winning astronomer John O’Neill, publicly reported observing the “bridge” on the Moon that appeared artificially constructed by intelligence. There were other witnesses to the twelve mile long “bridge” which was erected because it was not seen in the same place before, and was later dismantled for unknown reasons (was it too conspicuous?). The bridge sighting occurred in the early 1950s.

N. Huntley, Ph.D. wrote in Zephnet.com that:

Thus the Moon contains energies and coding (frequency patterns) supporting the original ET agenda for assimilation of our planetary system and in fact the whole time matrix. Further programmes emanate from the moon, such as one to cause unnatural hormonal/menstrual cycles in women to produce more children---thus losing control over when to have children. The purpose being to keep a plentiful stock of DNA for their genetic experiments (the human DNA, that is, its original template is valuable to these spiritually-fallen ETs).

Alex Collier suggests that the Moon was brought hear to help fight a War against humanity by time-travelling regressive aliens who sought to then travel back in history to destroy humanity collective awareness of that war.

The period when the Earth was Moonless is probably the most remote recollection of humankind. Democritus and Anaxagoras taught that there was a time when the Earth was without the Moon. Aristotle wrote that Arcadia in Greece, before being inhabited by the Hellenes, had a population of Pelasgians, and that these aborigines occupied the land already before there was a moon in the sky above the Earth; for this reason they were called Proselenes.

Apollonius of Rhodes mentioned the time “when not all the orbs were yet in the heavens, before the Danai and Deukalion races came into existence, and only the Arcadians lived, of whom it is said that they dwelt on mountains and fed on acorns, before there was a moon.”

As humanity uncovers more hidden history of our planet, it appears that humans at time were more aware of regressive aliens that travelled back in what then would have been considered to be Earth’s future.
