Late at night this glowing tornado like vortex was seen coming from the sky on 21 January 2013 over Russia.

The long arm like end reached almost to the ground and began to get a orange colour near its tip. Then suddenly another UFO was seen in the dark sky...cone shaped that then disappeared except for a white orb that continued to travel through the sky.
