UFO hovers over Taiwan

A UFO has been observed hovering over Taipei National Palace Museum on 24 March, 2013, as reported by as reported by UFO Sightings Daily. The website, UFO Sightings Daily, is coordinated by Scott C. Waring. He had been affiliated with the United States Air Force at SAC base (USAF flight line). He currently owns an ESL School in Taiwan.

In this report, Scott Waring has published two photographs of the UFO.

Mr. Waring tells us how he came across this UFO.

“I was watching the live cam of Taipei City, Taiwan when I noticed this orb-like object over the building.”

He also describes the location of the museum where the UFO was seen.

“The location of the museum is at the top of a mountain and behind the UFO is the forest part of the mountain.”

Mr. Waring describes the camera, and how it captured images of the object. He also suggests that the object was cloaked and invisible to the naked eye.

“The structure it's over is the National Palace Museum. The camera is not black and white, but infrared, which means it can see outside the spectrum of the human eye. That means it was probably cloaked since its in a city of 2.6 million people, but the IR camera revealed its presence.”

He further describes why he could not see how the object moves.

“This cam only takes still photos and not live video so I could not see how it moved.”

Finally, Mr. Waring describes why museums are frequented by aliens.

“Museums are frequented by aliens because they hold our cultural artifacts that show our history and how we appreciate and value it.”
