A possible alien creature was seen in a park and the roof of a church in Santiago, Chile, on 29 September, 2013, as reported by UFO sightings daily. The website, UFO Sightings Daily, is coordinated by Scott C. Waring. He had been affiliated with the United States Air Force at SAC base (USAF flight line). He currently owns an ESL School in Taiwan. 

In this report, Scott Waring has published images of the alleged alien, along with a YouTube video and news report of the sighting.   

The news report talks about the date and time of the sighting, and also describes the movement and height of the alien creature.

“On 29 September around 21:00 hours near Bustamante Park in the downtown area, a strange flying creature was seen flying from one tree to another. Its size was estimated at around 2 meters tall and shaped like a manta ray.”

The report provides with further description of the entity, as per eyewitness reports.

“The entity had wings from the upper part of its body down to its lower part.”

The news report also describes how several witnesses across the city of Santiago in Chile have reported sighting the same alien entity. Many videos of this incident have been uploaded in YouTube.
