(MUFON) -- I've noticed this light on several occasions. Clear night early evening or early morning. It's usually in the same area of the sky. The light pulses a variety of colours. Red. blue.white. yellow and green. I've taken several pictures but last night was the first time I've got anything special.

I live near the Fredericton airport and know it's not the normal aircraft. Having served 27 years in the Canadian Air Force I'm familiar with flight characteristics. This thing is there for awhile,then it's gone. I am very far way from it but I have a Canon 60D with a 150/500 lens and a 2x tele-converter. I photograph high flying aircraft all the time and know what they look like.

This object maintains a specific position for some time. Two hours or so at times. It's not there every clear night so that's how I know it's not normal.When I photograph it the stars are in the background.

I took the pictures from my side deck about 15 feet off the ground. I have about 50 pictures of this object.
