According to an anonymous report published on UFO specialised website MUFON.com, an alleged “blue or green orb” was seen hovering above the sea near Surfside Beach, Texas.

“My cousin is a fishing boat captain in Surfside, Texas”, stated the witness. . “He observed this blue/green orb as he was headed back inshore from a fishing charter at 5:59 pm on 6-26-16”, this person declared.

“He has been a captain for 15-20 years and has never seen anything like this”, the unnamed observer added.

Long Description of Sighting Report

My cousin sent me these photos. My cousin is a fishing boat captain in Surfside TX. He has been a captain for 15-20 years and has never seen anything like this. He observed this blue/green orb as he was headed back inshore from a fishing charter at 5:59 pm on 6-26-16. If you contact me, I will give you his phone number since he is the firsthand witness to this. What is odd to me is that the object is bright (glowing) but is back-lit by the sun (no reflection).
